The Lost Puppy

It was an accident,
I was just a pup I didn’t know how to act. I was taken from my mom. These weird creature’s who could walk on there hind legs took me somewhere new, I oddment I was scared at first but I was starting to like them more and more. Then one day my masters friends came over and the people had a younger puppy then me, she was a tea cup puppy. The puppy started to bite, and scratch me all over the place I howled, wind, barked everything a thing like me could do but all my masters did was “be quite Lilly”. I got tired of trying to tell the baby to stop doing what she was doing so I decided to take matters in my own paws. Like I said it was an accident and well…I…I…I meant to...to...to give her a little of…of…of her own medicine just so…so…so she now’s how it feels to be nipped. And well here’s the biggy I accidently bit her whole throat and well when I did that I idiomatically killed her, but before she died she gave a sharp and loud “yep”.
When that happened all the people came running into the living room then a person started crying and sobbed “Luna, Luna! Oh Luna my poor baby! What happened?”
I was a little scared that they would suspect me as the puppy killer, so I ran to my masters bedroom and hid under the bed as out of reach as possible, then put my soft, silky ears over my eyes and whined, howled, and whined a little bit more on the top of my great Dane lungs while my monstrous tail was tucked between my hind legs.
While I was trying to calm myself, my masters’ friend was still crying hysterically so I decided to take up my puppy power and try to make her feel better and suck up to my owners. That didn’t help at all I got the boot out the door and to make this night worse it was rainy and extra cold for me because I’m short haired. There was nowhere for me to go either, then I got hungry. I kept saying to myself “someone well help me, someone well find me, someone well help me, someone well find me”. I eventually found a older dog and ran up to him but unfortunately he was not nice I asked him “can you help me? I seem to be lost, I’m scared of the dark, and I’m just a pup and this is my first night alone and…and…and…”
“Hey gang, get a load of this. This little pampered baby can’t spend one single night on the street when we haft to spend all our night and days on the street since we were born” said the boxer.
“Oh, I meant no disrespect I just need help.”
“No disrespect huh? We’ll decide if you meant no disrespect”
“Uh o.k.” I agreed “what did you have in mind?”
“Well since you are just a puppy I well…hold on. What do you guys think we should do?” He whispered to his crew.
“Well if you ask me we should take her to Warrior the big black cat and see what she can do to him.”
“Good thinking Roofes.”
“Gee thanks boss.”
Tony a.k.a. boss never really liked his name so he did his best to keep it unknown, how I found out his name, well that story well come later.
Roofes was an English bull dog dumped in the trash seven weeks old. Tony the (boss) was the one who took Roofes in while digging for food behind my personal favorite restraint, Pizza Hut, and ever since then Roofes was dedicated to Toney.
“But boss she’s just a pup and Warrior is a full grown cat who can tear almost any thing in a couple of minuets,” said Angel
Angel was actually born and raised on the street. Her family lived on the street generation from generation. She knew every corner of the whole entire city, and even some of the outer cities. Angel was a poodle, she was no a show dog for sure.
I know everyone is wondering about Tony but I will haft to post pone that story for later as well as his name.
Where was I oh ya, so Tony asked Angel in a I don’t care attitude “then what do you recommend?”
“Well I don’t have any ideas except one, we take…what’s you’re name?” Angel asked me.
“Uh my name, my name is uh Lilly” I stammered.
“Ya we take Lilly to the park and see how many birds she can catch in a minute, we need to now how fast she can kill, and then we need to find how fast she can run that way we can do more tests on her and see her other techniques before you boys decide to kill her.”
Tony decided that Angel was right, but Roofes and Angel where in a argument now Roofes said “the birds can kill her to…”
Then Angel said “there’s more of a chance that Warrior will kill her then birds will…” Before another word was said tony broke up the argument.
Tony turned to me and said “keep up and don’t stop.”
I asked “what does that mean?”
Angel replied “it means keep up, kid.”
