  • Omar Othman, aka Abu Qatada has been in jail for almost 11 years. He is known to be Osama bin Laden's right-hand man in Europe. He is originally from Jordan. He is apart of the Radical Islam religion. He was accused of raising funds for terrorist groups and encouraging young men to martyr themselves for the cause, but the accusations never become formal charges. The reason that he has been in jail is that some of his videotapes were found in the apartments of the September 11 hijackers. Other than that he hasn't been charged for anything else.
