oops

After walking for about five hours we found a small town on the opposite edge of the patch of forest. We reached the town just before dark. We decided to wait before we go in the town. We found a small cliff that looked over the town so we decided to go take a look at the town from there. The town was very small. There was forest all around it. And only one road into it. There were about five or six small houses, which were lined up in two rows. There was also a small clinic and a small police station that were right next to each other. And on the far side of us there was a small school. So in all it was a small town.

So we went down to a small creek that was back behind us a few hundred yards. There the air was moist and the breeze was warm. We stayed there until dark, finding berries to eat. Once it started to get dark we went back to the hill to see what to do.

The town looked completely different than it did in the day. There was a huge bonfire in the middle of the town, and all around were people. They were standing around and talking, they were also dancing and laughing. The air was strong with the smell of fire, weed, and alcohol. We could barely see the building at all. And now that it was dark we could see a lit up house a few hundred feet from the main part of the town, down the road.

“That is the house we will hit.” I said.

            “Ok”, they both agreed.

So we went down the side of the cliff
