I have to create a survey that was court ordered. It has to be about the way people bahave while they're intoxicated and other things like that. Here are the requireents; 20 questions, survey fifty people, and with the results report it to the court and city counsil.

The questions are actually statement and the answers range from strongly agree to strongly disagree. Here's the problem. I only have 15 questions and I need 20. I also need some feedback on how good the questions are. In a few days I should have the survey ready to be given so if you want to take feel free to ask me.

Here are my questions so far;

1. The first time I smoked weed it was with a family member or someone close to my family.

2. I have engaged in risky behaviors while intoxicated.

3. I have gotten in trouble with the system and alcohol was a factor.

4. I have friends and/or relatives over 21 who buy me alcohol.

5. I don't live in a clean enviroment most of the time.

6. I spend more than half of the money I get on drugs and/or alcohol.

7. I drinkoutside a lot of the time.

8. I've been to the hospital because I used too much.

9. It's easier for me to get weed than alcohol.

10. I got in a car wreck while the driver was drunk.

11. I've missed 7 or more days of school due to getting drunk or high.

12. I drink because it tastes good.

13. I drink because it's a cheap way to have fun.

14. Marijuana was my gateway drug.

Hey. you've got some great questions here! I especially like #1, 4, 5. 8 & 10. regarding #8, you should specify what you mean by "used too much". #'s 12 & 14 can go, but here are some suggestions: Suggest alternatives to using drugs or alcohol; more questions about family members and friends who use, and their behavior. More questions about individual's behavior while intoxicated, more questions about when, why and how often the individual drinks. Hope this helps.
